I’ve always believed that the most meaningful work begins with listening. Long before opening Stepper Insurance, I was drawn to work that allowed me to sit with people in important moments — moments where decisions feel heavy, questions feel personal, and clarity matters.

I was born and raised in Chinook, Montana, where showing up, doing what you say you’ll do, and taking responsibility for others are values that quietly shape who you become. I began my career in this field in 2008, learning not just the technical side of the work, but how much it means to feel heard, understood, and not rushed. In 2017, I opened Stepper Insurance with a simple goal: to create a place where people could have real conversations, ask honest questions, and feel supported without pressure.

With more than 15 years of experience, I’ve learned that no two situations are ever the same. Life changes quickly, and people carry more than they often say out loud. My role is to help bring calm to those moments - to explain, to walk alongside, and to help people feel steady enough to move forward with confidence.

Our office serves individuals, families, and businesses across Montana, North Dakota, Idaho, and Wyoming. No matter the distance, I believe care should feel consistent, thoughtful, and personal. I’m proud to lead a team that shares that belief and values relationships built over time, not rushed decisions.

Family is central to who I am. Being a mom of my 3 amazing kids has taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of meeting people where they are. I understand that behind every choice is a family, a business, or a future that matters deeply and I never forget the weight of that responsibility.

Outside of work, I find grounding in the simple things like cheering on my kids, spending quiet time reading, and being present with the people who matter most to me. I believe in showing up for those who show up for me, and in building connections that are steady, mutual, and real. Those moments shape how I lead, how I listen, and how I care every single day.
